Zante is the third largest island of the Ionian Islands and it is located in the west coast of Greece. The island of Zakynthos is named after Zacynthos, the son of legendary Arcadian chief, the famous Dardanos. While Kos and Ios are commonly associated with parties, Crete and Rhodes with families, Zakynthos Zante island is something between them.
