Located on the outskirts of Tsilivi resort, these five star villas have been constructed and modern furnished in a contemporary manner yet still retain a traditional Zakynthian style. Ideally situated on the grassy hill of Tsilivi offering panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and overlooking the tsilivi village and the long sandy beach, these villas are of the highest quality and all have the added luxury of their own private swimming pools.

The complex consists of 21 villas in total, all with panoramic stunning sea views. There are two types of villa, three bedroom villas measuring 130sqm or two bedroom villas measuring 100sqm and all have their own private entrance, private parking, gardens and swimming pool.

St John Villas complex consists of 21 villas in total each constructed to a high standard and decorated throughout in a modern contemporary design offering magnificent panoramic ionian sea views. Each villa has its own private entrance and garden area with private swimming pool. You are able to choose  two types of villa, from depending on your requirements.Two bedroom villas(100sqm which can accommodate 4-6 persons) or the Three bedroom villas(130sqm which can accommodate 6-8 persons) all luxuriously furnished with all the services that will make your stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. All villas feature double bedroom and twin bedrooms with en suite luxury bathrooms with bath, w.c, hairdryer and make-up mirror, furnished lounge, tastefully decorated offering a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere and includes tv/dvd, stereo,cd player and air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with a "home from home feel”, fitted cupboards, all utensils, oven, large fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle, a spacious dining area with grand table and chairs seating six persons comfortably. Additional features include washing machine, safe box, iron, ironing board, smoke detector, torch, fire extinguisher and fire blanket providing the ultimate in safety and comfort.
