Zante Fiore Studios are located in the pretty area of Xirokastelo on the magnificent Vassilikos peninsula. The complex consists of two buildings, Fiore Beach Studios and Fiore Sea View Studios.

Fiore Beach studios are surrounded by green, beautifully landscaped gardens with bougainvilleas and colourful flowers and situated on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Zakynthos, Porto Kaminia Beach.

Fiore Sea View Studios are located 700 metres from the beach on the mountainside, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding green mountains.

Rooms

The Yellow building consists of nine studios and one apartment spread across the ground floor and the first floor. The studios can accommodate 1-3 people and have a double bed or a double bedand a single bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people. Interconnecting doors conveniently combine two double rooms into a spacious family room, one with a double and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added to both studios and apartment upon request. All accommodation has been refurbished in 2010 and is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning on request and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the clear blue Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive tree clad mountains. On each floor, there is a communal fully equipped, full sized kitchen that guests are free to use to prepare any meals they like. The Yellow building also offers a parking area protected from the sun and is located next to a super market and the 'Windmill' taverna, a family-run business serving traditional Greek food.

Location

Vassilikos is renowned for its natural beauty and tranquility, a paradise for those who love the sea. The harmonious combination of lush vegetation, mountains and sandy beaches offers visitors the best location in Zakynthos. Vassilikos is a general area of the peninsula rather than a separate resort, a wonderful part of the island with many traditional villages. While a very quiet resort, it offers every convenience possible, restaurants, tavernas, mini markets, shops, water sports in many spots in the area. These beautiful studios are close to the National Marine Park which protects the endangered loggerhead turtles Caretta-Caretta who choose to lay their eggs on Zakynthos Island. Distances
