The Palatia Caeli villas consist of three first class villas with their own individual style and decor. Villa Gaia, Thalassa and Uranus are set in amazing landscaped gardens which are ideal for relaxation and overlook the sea and the sandy shores. Each villa is fully furnished and equipped to the highest of standards with a minimalistic theme throughout and modern amenities.

VILLA "GAIA"

"GAIA" is a spacious two storey villa measuring 200sqm and suitable for up to six persons. It is decorated in earthly tones blending natural colours with bold russets. The ground floor is open plan with a large living area containing open fire place, flat screen TV, DVD player and modern comfortable furnishings; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, mixer and all utensils. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin and tumble. All doors lead out to furnished verandas which overlook the gardens and have amazing sea views. A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms all with double beds. The master bedroom has en suite shower room with toilet; fitted wardrobes, TV and private balcony with sea views. The second double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, tv and private balcony with sea views. The third bedroom is a furnished double bedroom with wardrobes and windows overlooking the sea. On the first floor you will also find the main bathroom with its minimalistic design and hydro massage corner bath tub, shower, wc and hairdryer.

VILLA THALASSA

Thalassa (Sea) is a spacious two storey villa measuring 200sqm and suitable for up to six persons. It is decorated with a blend of cool crisp blue and white tones to emulate the sea. The ground floor is open plan with a large living area containing open fire place, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and modern comfortable furnishings; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, mixer and all utensils. There is also a sizable double bedroom on the ground floor with tv and wardrobes and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, wc and wash hand basin.All doors lead out to furnished verandas which overlook the gardens and have amazing sea views. Location

Palatia Caeli Luxury villas are situated in a truly privileged location, on the sandy shores of pretty Kipseli. This wonderful rural location takes its name from the Greek word for 'Beehive' and is just 12km outside the capital city, Zakynthos Town, in a peaceful area on the northeast coast of Zakynthos.
